^This. When 99 out every 100 threads on the forums are raging at the direction eve is taking, I would like to think CCP could take a hint. But maybe I'm wrong...

If it stops then it will be just brushed under the carpet.
I think the consistent raging and antics that has been happening as shown the community how much outrage there is. Think about the amount of players that don't even delve into the forums who play the game that are no doubt raging inside with the possibility of paying a subscription game and then paying to pay that subscription game. What's the point?
The lack of communication is only angering the community more, CCP Pann or whoever it was didn't do much to resolve or even help the situation with their post. All that has happened is you have made a threadnaught that will no doubt not die down for some time.
Perhaps you guys need to hire someone like Max Clifford, he can do a few miracles sometimes.
CCP has been perfectly the art of brushing things they don't want to deal with under the carpet since 2003.
